Factions is a recent expansion of the MMORPG Guild Wars. In the new expansion, guild wars ventures into the asian part of the world. It introduces two new classes called Assassins, and Ritualists. In the new expansion there is a whole new map that you can go to which is very different and far away from the original GW map. In factions, after leveling for a bit, there comes a time where you need to choose between two factions. The choice you make can either make the rest of you playing harder, or easier.
Factions is a very good expansion and I enjoyed playing it. The assassins and ritualists are fun and different. The story of Factions is also very interesting. Factions is worth getting.
